The BSS Cares Campaign was developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, in consultation with industry experts, recommendations put forth by the CDC, and the guidance of state and local leaders in your communities.
As we all work towards more normal operations, the BSS Cares Campaign, the charitable arm of British Swim School, works to further support our mantra, “Survival of the Littlest”. To support our mission, BSS Cares Campaign, in partnership with Hope Floats Foundation, works to provide swim scholarships to ensure all children have the opportunity to become safe and happy swimmers.
Hope Floats Foundation is a nonprofit founded in 2016 committed to impacting the statistics on worldwide drowning. The Hope Floats model is a simple, sustainable way for swim schools to provide scholarships for high-quality swim lessons to underserved families in their community.
Drowning is preventable, and by working together, we can match underprivileged kids with excellent swim instructors. Children who take swimming lessons gain the skills and abilities necessary for water safety and self-rescue. We can reduce the risk of child drownings worldwide, one community at a time.
